Return Policy
Due to the nature of our product (fluid diesel), returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
However, we may accept returns under the following exceptional conditions:
- The product delivered is incorrect or damaged during transit
- The quantity delivered does not match the order placed
- Leakage or tampering of the packaging at the time of delivery

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following situations:
- Order cancellation before dispatch
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error
- Eligible return (as mentioned above) approved by our team
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment. Please note that Razorpay or your payment provider may take additional time depending on their internal processes.

Orders placed under custom bulk contracts or with special pricing
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
